Do you actually stock all of the machines posted online?

The Discount Arcade Distributing comprises a large warehouse in North Central Texas. All told we employ more than 60,000 sq. ft of storage space tightly packed with coin operated amusements. Our online posts represent a modest fraction of the many items we have in stock.

What is the condition of a particular item?

Discount Arcade Distributing sells games in a variety of conditions. In most cases a game will either be shopped of offered "As Is". Shopped machines have been reconditioned by our in house technicians. Parts on Shopped machines are backed for 90 days; All shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Obtain specific condition information by phone at: 817.297.0440. Please note, all machine status' are subject to change without notice. Contact us for complete condition details on any given item.

"As Is" Machines will vary in condition from "Complete and Working" to "Complete" to "Missing parts" etc. Contact us for details on any given machine. All "As Is" sales are final and are not covered by any warranty. Some "As Is" items can be shopped out in-house by our technicians at the buyers request; contact us at: 817.297.0440 for specific details.

Do you sell parts?

We will supply customers with parts for the machines that we have sold them both during and after any applicable warranty period. All parts have a limited 30-day warranty. Sorry, we do not sell parts on machines not purchased through us.

When will I receive my machine?

Times will vary depending on the type and size of your machine(s). Two weeks is our standard estimate for items where shop work is not involved. A detailed estimate on shipping times will be provided during the ordering process.

Can you find me a machine not Pictured?

In most cases yes. We have more than a thousand machines which are not shopped and are available for sale. Information regarding the "As Is" items is available by calling the Warehouse. 817.297.0440 info@discountarcade.com.
